Paul Koelbloed is a Dutch tenor who studied at Trinity College of Music in London. He performs as a solo artist or in small ensembles across Europe.

Following his graduation Paul worked as a soloist and in small ensembles with a variety of English and American opera companies including Surrey Opera, City Opera, AAC Opera and Pacific Opera, with whom he performed in Carnegie Hall, New York.

From 2005 – 2007 Paul worked with Diva Opera and performed at various international festivals and exclusive locations in England, France and Switzerland, together with world famous opera singers including José Carreras.

From 2008 – 2013 Paul worked with the Dutch National Opera and performed in Boris Godunov, La Traviata, Carmen, La Juive, Der fliegende Holländer, Les Troyens, Turandot, Fidelio, Les Vepres Siciliennes, Billy Budd, Don Carlo, La Traviata, Guillauem Tell, Die Meistersinger von Nurnberg, Parsifal and the “Award Winning” production of De legende van de onzichtbare stad Kitesj en het meisje Fevronja.

In 2012, Paul founded Silenzio del Canale, an entertainment company with which he performs at various events and celebrations, or during exclusive fully catered luxury canal boat tours.

Paul’s speaks 5 languages and loves to travel. His repertoire includes opera, lieder and Neapolitan songs and can be booked for private and corporate engagements.
